As a Customer Service Representative at American Family Insurance, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and sales team. You’ll provide exceptional customer service, help policyholders with their insurance needs, and contribute to a positive and professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support to policyholders in a professional and positive manner.
- Assist clients with their insurance needs, including processing requests and inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently, including prioritizing and time management.
- Maintain a high level of organization to ensure customer satisfaction and office efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
- A team player with a commitment to helping clients protect what matters most.
Work Schedule
- Office hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

- Positions available in Tell City, IN.
