As a Community Banking Market Manager at Old National Bank, you’ll play a key leadership role overseeing multiple banking centers. You’ll guide banking center managers, drive team performance, and ensure excellence in client experience and operational compliance. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with strong banking experience who thrives in a collaborative, community-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support the performance, profitability, and operations of multiple banking centers

  • Lead, coach, and mentor banking center managers and staff to meet service, sales, and compliance goals

  • Execute client-centric strategies and develop deep community connections

  • Promote consultative sales processes to uncover client needs and deliver tailored financial solutions

  • Manage hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members

  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory, legal, and operational procedures

  • Collaborate with line-of-business partners including mortgage, investments, wealth, and commercial services

  • Actively participate in community engagement and volunteer initiatives


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience

  • 4+ years of banking experience with at least 2 years of consumer lending experience

  • 2+ years of supervisory/management experience, preferably in retail or banking

  • Eligibility to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS)

  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities

  • Client-first mentality and commitment to excellence in service delivery
