About the Role:
As a Caregiver, you’ll support residents with daily living tasks while providing companionship and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment. This role is perfect for someone interested in becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)—no license is required to start, and we provide on-the-job training and support to help you grow into a certified role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with meal services, transporting residents to the dining area, and delivering trays

• Provide personal care and support with daily activities under supervision

• Help with housekeeping and laundry (e.g., making beds, taking out trash)

• Monitor and respond to resident needs, including call lights and comfort checks

• Offer companionship, communication, and activity engagement

• Report resident concerns or changes in condition to the nurse supervisor

• Perform 1:1 observations or additional care responsibilities as assigned

Who We’re Looking For:

• A caring, dependable team player who wants to make a real impact

• High school diploma or GED required

• No prior healthcare experience necessary—just a willingness to learn and grow
