As the Building Maintenance Assistant Manager at ATTC Manufacturing, you will oversee the daily maintenance and operations of our facilities and systems, including HVAC, water, primary electrical systems, compressors, chilled water systems, and grounds maintenance. This position requires strong organizational, leadership, and technical skills to ensure optimal facility performance across two locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily maintenance activities for both Tell City and Jeffersonville locations.
- Oversee and maintain critical systems, including HVAC, water, electrical, compressors, and chilled water systems.
- Coordinate and execute ground maintenance and other facility-related tasks as required.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal functionality of equipment and systems.
- Provide hands-on support in the plant to address maintenance needs efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve facility-related issues promptly.
- Utilize exceptional planning, organizational, and leadership skills to enhance maintenance operations.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in computer systems and software.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Hands-on approach to plant maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year, based on experience.
