As an Admissions Coordinator at Oakwood Health Campus in Tell City, Indiana, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team by managing admissions processes and contributing to census and revenue goals. Your primary focus will be completing admission paperwork, engaging with prospects and referrals, and coordinating internal and external communications to ensure a positive first impression and resident experience. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, customer service experience, and a passion for working in a senior care environment.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Director of Sales to meet lead conversion, leasing, and census targets.

Complete pre-admission, admission, and transfer paperwork, including insurance verification and precertification.

Respond promptly to all inquiries and referrals; maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Support a seamless admission and move-in process for residents and families.

Collaborate with team members to track referral activity and status updates during morning stand-up meetings.

Assist with maintaining the daily resident roster and coordinating on-campus events and marketing initiatives.

Maintain promotional and sales materials and coordinate with corporate marketing for effective messaging.

Track competitive activity through market analysis and help ensure readiness of apartments and common areas for tours and move-ins.

Participate in committee meetings and internal initiatives to support census growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.

1–3 years of experience in customer service, admissions, sales, or healthcare administration.

Unencumbered driver’s license in the state of residence.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency with CRM systems and comfort with data entry.
