As an Accounts Receivable Generalist, you will be a vital part of our financial operations, ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of production tickets and materials invoices. You’ll use your knowledge of intermediate accounting principles to analyze and reconcile transactions while providing exceptional support to internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Process, analyze, and reconcile production tickets, materials invoices, and other related documents in line with Company Accounting Procedures.
  • Maintain and update stone inventory records accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Utilize your proficiency in computer applications, with an emphasis on Microsoft Office, to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Provide courteous and professional assistance to internal and external customers via phone and email, resolving issues promptly.
  • Adhere to the Company Attendance Policy to maintain smooth office operations.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors, assisting with other duties as required.
  • Consistently demonstrate professionalism in interactions with coworkers, customers, and the public.
  • Uphold the Company’s Code of Business Conduct in all tasks and responsibilities.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous administrative or accounts receivable experience is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of intermediate accounting principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent computer and data entry skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit for extended periods and use hands and fingers for keypunching and calculator operations.
  • Bending, squatting, and filing tasks may be required.
  • Effective verbal and written communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Visual acuity to review documents and accounting materials.
