About the Role:
As an LPN, you’ll play a critical role in delivering compassionate care, supporting residents’ health needs, and collaborating closely with other members of the clinical team. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with RNs to assess patient needs and support care planning

• Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions

• Conduct routine lab tests and perform therapeutic services

• Educate residents and families about care plans, medication, and follow-up needs

• Promote resident safety by identifying hazards and responding to emergencies

• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records

What You’ll Need:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license prior to start date (Indiana)

• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire

• High school diploma or GED

Schedule:

• Full-time or part-time

• All shifts available (day, evening, and night)
