Join us and EverBody’s Fun & Fitness Center, May 16 at 7:30 a.m. CST, for a morning of beginner level paddle-board yoga on Rainbow Lake in beautiful Derby, Indiana. 🌈

🧘‍♀️All skill levels are welcome! 🧘‍♂️

Beginners SUP (stand-up paddleboard) yoga, combines yoga poses with a variation of stand-up paddleboard surfing. The sport incorporates hatha and vinyasa poses on a 10 to 12-foot paddleboard.
