In this workshop, we’ll demystify meditation so that you can cultivate a meditation practice that works for you. We’ll cover the benefits of establishing a meditation practice, explore some different methods, and discuss how to easily incorporate meditation into your daily life. The workshop will wrap up with a soothing group meditation so you leave feeling relaxed and renewed. Anyone is welcome to attend this workshop, and no prior experience with or exposure to meditation is required.
